    Hi,
Just built a new gaming pc for my 12 year old, quiet proud of it ðŸ˜. Looking for game suggestions, cheap ones would be great. He is playing the following at the moment:
    - sea of thieves
    - Ark survival
    - Minecraft.

    Appreciate any age appropriate recommendations.

    Thanks

all the games I play are full of violence and sex, perfect for a 12 year old right?

how about some older games like

    Kerbal Space Program
    Portal 1 + 2
    Half Life 2
    Skyrim
    Fallout 4
    Overwatch
    Fortnite
    Apex Legends
    Subnautica
    Mass Effect Trilogy

Satisfactory on the Epic game store and Factorio on Steam as he seems to like open world crafting type games.

    Portal Knights
    Risk of Rain 2
    Gang Beasts
    Human Fall Flat

Those are coop with local coop, some even on the same pc.

+1 for terraria. My 12 year old has been playing it on and off for two years and still loves it. It’s on Steam.

Earth Defense Force 5 is great for local co-op

    Any interest in Strategy games?

The total war series is brilliant.
    Maybe Total War: Warhammer?
Or if looking for something more historical (and simpler) Shogun 2

Also second Portal games. Completed them for the first time recently and they've aged very well.

I introduced my niece (13) to the Orcs Must Die games recently, and she loved them.
