Zanuzzi dryer not working

I have a Zanuzzi Lindo 1000 dryer. It doesn't seem to be heating properly. Takes 6 hrs to dry 3 towels and they are still damp!!@ I had the heat pump replaced recently. No change!

Just had Zanuzzi to the house, they say they can't find a fault so insurance not willing to replace.

Electricity bill doubled for april/may due to the machine taking so long to dry.

Any advice would be welcome.

If they are not replacing the product please send a video that is taking too much time to heat and not working properly. May be it be more helpful.

If the service engineer failed to fix it to diagnose over the net may not be easy. Is it collecting much water in the water box? Did you see him replacing the heat pump as this takes specialised gear
