    i have a service pack on my 2018 e class.

    How long does it last ?

    2 years /100000 km ?

    3 years / 80,000km If I remember correctly.

    I kind of thought something like that but left it in to newgate last week at 48000km for second service and they said that was it !pay next time.

    That's a pretty poor service pack.
    Did I read it as a 3 year service pack yet they don't cover the service due at 3 years old.

    cant remember how much it was intially but seems pretty ****ty and a waste of money,feck all on first service really so paying heafty for the second service-plus adblue is extra, pack or not .

    BMW F10 was €500 for 5 years.
    Poor service by MB depending on the initial outlay.
