Playing Rosslare in a few weeks. Only played it once before (one and only time I have played a links course). From memory it was tough, hitting blind shots, not knowing where fairway ends etc. So just wondering is there a stroke saver, guide anywhere out there?

They used to have a strokesaver but it wasn't very detailed. They have a good guide on their website now though.
From memory the following holes require some thought:

    1. Dogleg left. Iron off the tee to just past the bunker on left.
    3. Dogleg left par 5. Line of the tee is the car path or just right off in the distance
    6. Blind shot par 4. Line is just left of the stone. Iron or 3W off the tee is fine.
    7. Long Par 5, don't go right
    11. Try go down the left handside off the mound in the fairway. Long par 4
    13. Short par 4. Driveable but tricky green to hold
    16. Try keep it left side. Bunkered down the right.

Other holes are tricky but you can largely see what is in front of you. One of my favourite courses, spent my summers there as a teenager.

If you download the ClubNet App and select Rosslare. No need to login or create an account, just proceed as a guest.

There are 3D flybys and basic gps for each hole

Frink and Golfgraffix, thanks a million. Great feedback. That app is perfect. Gives me enough detail to rejig the brain, perfect!
