L'atmosphere open for lunch on Friday if that rocks your boat.
The other Italian down by john street open most lunches I think, others too probably

Not enough demand for that type of restaurant to open for lunch in Waterford. The more casual spots like Bodega & Momo are good options. Also found Romans on Stephen’s St. to be very good although can be slow.

    Have yet to try Romans.

What about berkana? Previously berkfranks. They do fresh pasta, quiches etc.

Other than that theres limited options other than soup and sambo.

Although Bell pepper lunch deal any main with rice for €7.99 has been a winner multiple times if you're in the mood at that time.

    Momo?
