Digibit R1 problem

Below is a sample of the debug output from tvheadend.

I am inclined to the opinion that the Digibit has given up.
I tried reflashing the firmware with no change, as well as resetting.

The same server continues to have no problem with the HDHomerun providing the DVB-T channels.

Unless there is some option I am not seeing in the R1 settings I have no idea where to look.

    All suggestions welcome. ;)

    Added info:

When I check status in tvheadend, having selected a Sat channel to view, it shows the tuner 'State' simply as 'Bad'.

I tried replacing the LNB input from Unicable to two cables from a quad LNB and got the same result.
Those LNBs are on different dishes so highly unlikely they would have similar/same problem.

You could try satip-axe custom firmware.
Can be temporarily loaded via usb key.
    https://github.com/perexg/satip-axe/releases

I use a Digibit R1 this way with TVH.
    May be worth a shot?

    Temporarily loaded?
Do you mean it can be used without writing it to the device?

I have never used this, but have been sitting contemplating testing some alternative firmware.

I have the device (just checked) about 2 years ... maybe some days less or some days more ....so have sent off an email to see if it might be covered by warranty.

In the meantime I will need to make some alternate arrangements before divorce proceedings are initiated.

I got a very very prompt response from Amazon.de from whom I bought the device.
It laid out exactly what I need to do ...... essentially send it back, and send a copy of the post invoice and they will refund them both.
In the meantime I can order another without fear of being left with two.

In this case I will not put any other firmware on the device, just package it up tomorrow and send as is.
    I will order another tonight.

Thanks for the suggestion ..... appreciate it.

This seems like the safest thing to do ...... and most expedient.

    /end

This is then very reason I buy from Amazon so regularly, their customer support is amazing, there's never an issue getting a replacement.

I was apparently within a couple of days of my warranty expiration.
