    Whats Ah opinion on this?
My lad has cost me a fortune playing this "free" game.
BUT,seemingly big but,hes qualified for this World Cup,he off to New York tomorrow(at my expense) to play this game with loads of other kids.
Its cost me an absolute fortune(thousands)buying the latest this that and the other that goes with this game, but he loves it and im happy enough supporting him.
Hes not a basement dwelling nerd,he plays sports and is on the local football and gaa teams so no worries there.
Hes said this is a big deal and theres like 50m euro on offer in this competition.
Thats some amount of cash for playing computer games, had a brief look online and can see a few lad made a pretty penny from streaming on the likes of Twitch and Youtube but im amazed this kind of cash can be made from playing games.

Im not an old fogie like, ive played games myself when younger but where in the hell does this massive prize money come from?
