Credit for private sector experience

    Hi,

    I know that teachers can get incremental credit for previous experience in the private sector that may increase their pay scale, but is this a the same for clerical officers / administration who may have previously worked in the private sector?

    Do you mean getting incremental credit for moving from a private sector clerical/administration role to a clerical role in the civil or public service? If so, no incremental credit will be given for that, just prior service in the civil or public service.
