Ive just started studying for my theory test and noticed that in the theory test book, regarding learner drivers the book states that learner drivers caught driving unaccompanied face a minimum of 5 penalty points, it then says in the next question that a learner driver caught unaccompanied faces a fix charge of 80 euro and 2 penalty points. It then says a learner driver caught driving unnacompanied will recieve 4 penalty points on conviction
Which is it? 5 points, 4 or 2?

It then says a learner driver caught driving unaccompanied faces a minimum fine of 80 euro.
The next question states that a learner driver caught driving unaccompanied faces a fine of 120 euro.

Ive been using the online theory tester and these questions have come up often showing 80 and 120 listed in the potential answers, it also shows a list of numbers in the penality points questions which included 5, 4 and 2.
