Budget €400- want phone with WiFi calling and decent camera

Happy to purchase from a site with a good rep but prefer a European seller, ideally the phone will work with Eir's wifi calling straight out of the box and has a very decent camera, any suggestions for a budget of 400 yoyos?

So this is what i was told at an Eir shop, Eir wifi calling only works when you buy the phone directly from them as they install a firmware update that enables it for their network.

Given that I'm now looking at this phone, the moto g7 plus and Amazon Spain seems to be the cheapest place to get it.

Can i do better on the price for it or maybe a better spec phone in the same price range.

The cheapest place to buy the phone is Amazon Italy, just before i press the buy button can anyone tell me is there any issue with buying the "Italian version" with regards to set up, ie can i select English and Ireland when i put my sim in and turn it on for the first time?
