Refunded my sale purchases should I have got the items

    I purchased items in a sale but the company claimed it was a glitch that I somehow accessed their testing website and have refunded my order.
    I am disappointed as it was a great deal.
    It not my fault that I was able to purchased these items.
    I got receipt and order ID.
    should they have honored it?

    Short answer: They don't need to honour it.

    Was it obvious it was a mistake? Not that it makes a difference. Just wondering.

    Any purchase is generally done so accepting their terms & conditions, which likely allow them to cancel.

    No obvious mistake look like a genuine website that I access through their link for their summer sales cannot remember if it was by email or Facebook. It an Irish company.
    The money already refunded so can't make them take my money back now lol. :rolleyes:
    Instead will be looking for these items 2nd hand now.
    Unfortunately their loss.
