Folks can this be fixed without a respray? Can clear coat be sprayed over it? Any ideas how much to repair and does anyone know of where in South Dublin that can do it + roughly how much?

Clear coat can be sprayed over to stop it from getting worse.
    It won't look good.

If you want it to look perfect the whole section needs to be sprayed.
