Friendly Fires gig in The Academy goes on sale as "Album Presale" from 24 Jul - 26 Jul, and then "General Onsale" from 26 Jul.

What's the Album Presale? More expensive but including copy of the album?

ah I see it's if you pre-order a physical copy of the album

hmmm do people still buy physical? :)

Always look for the 'No purchase necessary' link for album presales. :-)

About two years ago when Kasabian played the Olympia, they had the offer to buy their album on Vinyl or Tape and can buy tickets early as it will sell out.

Friend bought the album on Tape and got two tickets.
Great time at the gig! Tape never arrived

Have to ask her about that all again

I actually think I might buy the album after all... it's a signed copy and the songs are pretty damn groovy on the new Friendly Fires album.

Handy when I don't have my phone with me to leave the CD in the car, plus you never know, it might appreciate in value ;)
