Advice on being excluded from Meeting about new Position

    Hi,

    Everyone at my level bar me was invited to a meeting regarding a opportunity to go abroad in a new role.

    Manger just said "didnt think you would go for that position"

    Had to find about the meeting from other staff members

    - is this a form of indirect discrimination ? / dont know why they would invite all but me

    thanks in advance for the advice
