Considering an MBA

    Hi, just looking for advice regarding an MBA. I'm an engineer with a PG Diploma. Unfortunately it hasn't had much 'umph' career wise, as I'm still stuck working nights.
    I just wondered if an MBA is right for me or do you need to be in a management position first?
