    I have received a letter from Liberty Insurance indicating that my No Claim Bonus (from Spain) could not be validated. I have contacted my Spanish insurance company and they  have not received any communication from Liberty Insurance. Can anybody check what is happening? I presume the verification email was not send to the appropriate address.
