    1. Leak Investigation Survey (First Fix)
     
    Every Irish Water contractor is required to carry personal identification, which you can request to view. To avail of the First Fix scheme, you must meet certain requirements and the leak must be located on the external supply pipe. More details of this can be found on water.ie.


    Can you PM us with the following details and a member of our team will look into this matter further?
     
    -          Name;

    -          Date and time of inspection; and
    -          Address.
     
    2. First Fix
     
    Irish Water are currently operating the First Fix scheme as part of the National Leakage Reduction Programme, which will be in place for the foreseeable future. Further details of the First Fix scheme can be found on water.ie.

    5. Turning Off Water at the Mains
     
    You can temporarily turn off your supply at the outside stop valve, which is located in the boundary box next to your water meter. If you do not have a water meter attached to your property, the outside stop valve should be located just outside your property by the driveway. Further details on how to turn off your water at the boundary box is available on water.ie.
