Looking for a cheap and cheerful fixie crankset in Dublin.

Went to swap out the pedals on my twin hack bike over the weekend and found out the previous owner had cross threaded the non drive side pedal into the crank arm.

It's unlikely I'll source a left side crank arm so if anyone had a used but serviceable crankset knocking about please let me know.

It's pretty chewed up so pretty sure even if I had an imperial tap set to hand it would rescue it.

Alternatively were is best value place in town for fixie bits?

I have a Shimano nexus chainset 38t...pretty sure you can't change the chain ring but hey it does have a left crank. €15

Cheers for that, I've enquired with him, I'm in Donnybrook so would be nice and handy.

Cheers none the less, turns out Halfords of all places have what I need (€7). I know it's junk but my hack bike is used for the 2km cycle to work and shops. The kinda bike you could live with getten stolen ( such are the joys of Dublin city life)

    Thanks for the help folks.
