Right.. every fridge I've known has the same thermostat control..

A wheel with 1 to 5 but with a plus/minus indicator saying the minus direction is 5 while the plus direction is 1..

So which one makes the fridge cooler?

Is 5 Max cold? Or 5 degrees C?

Put them in the freezer for 30 minutes or if not much space put the first round in at least, chilled in no time, just don't forget them

Freeze a couple of trays of ice, then put the bottles or cans into a bucket of water and toss in the ice. The flow of water thanks to convection will cool the beer faster than the air in the fridge.

What about that trick of wrapping a damp bit of kitchen roll around the bottle and quick freeze
