Road biking in Flam, Norway

    There for a week in August before a few days in Bergen.

    Thinking of bringing the road bike with me to do some of the worlds circuit - anyone been around Flam, would I be better taking CX bike?

    Last minute bump - packing this evening/early tomorrow morning. Leaning towards road bike.

    There's a great route from the top of the Flam railway back down to Flam. You can bring the bike up on the train too. Did it on MTBs, but as far as I recall it should be fine on a CX bike. Not sure about road cycling there.
