Can someone recommended a cheap new or secondhand tablet?

    Hi.

    I've no experience with tablets. I also don't use Android, Apple, or MS Windows.

    A relative wants a cheap tablet. Their old tablet was apple and they don't want to buy any apple products anymore. Would the only tablet OS options then be Android or MS Windows? Do both Android and Windows tablets get updates indefinitely?

    What'd be good sites to get decent used tablets? -- dondeal, ebay, etc?

    I'd appreciate any advice.
