Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to adjust this type of hinge as there is a draught coming in around the window.

You are probably better off to just replace the hinge...

You can get the hinges from here... http://wdacc.ie/
Google how to measure and also how to fit... I've a load home to fit myself but am stalling going at them! Had it costed to replace them by a proff it was like €500 to swap out 7 hinges... bit pricey...

I had a similar issue and a quick spray of silicone spray made them function properly again.

WD40 will do the same job.

Is there a draft in the corner

If you went outside and thumped the bottom corner will the window pop back in tighter.

You shouldn't have to do that.
A little bit of oil should do the job..

Those hinges, which look in pretty good condition, don't pull the window in any tighter to the frame, its the locking mechanism that can be adjusted to help fit the window tighter. Each stud, where it connects with the frame can be moved very slightly with an allen key.

Don't do it too much in one go as the handle will be tighter to close.

Should cut out any draughts if the gap is small.

500 to replace 7 hinges? Was he wearing a balaclava? Thats robbery. It takes less than 10 min to replace one window with 2 hinges and the hinges cost less than 10 euro each online. You don't need a professional its an easy job

A thump might work, but it is only a temporary solution.
As another poster said, try WD40 or a silicone lubricant.
