Re-Roof - Bangor Blue Slates

I'm getting my roof redone as there is currently no felt and it's badly in need of it.

It's a hipped roof with bangor blue slates, seems from the ground to be the larger size ones. 36" maybe or bigger.

Hoping to keep as many as possible and re-use them but apparently up to 50% might not be reusable.

Anyone know any similar looking new slates that might be cheaper or am i better off sourcing reclaimed bangor blues?

also any tips/recommendations or what to look out for when getting quotes on re-roofing, cross batten, vent slates, soffit vents, breathable felt?

it's 100 year old 2 story Georgian house with loft roll insulation.

    thanks
