Ham repeater frequency?

    I happened upon 430.9500 using close call on my scanner. I heard a Canadian guy calling for contacts and giving a local weather report on the frequency last Friday. Is this a ham repeater? It broadcasts a Morse message regularly but only being a listener and not a ham I have no Morse.

    May have been the Mount Leinster 70 cm repeater.
