    Was out of contract with Imagine and gave my 30 days notice on 17th April and was told I would pay a full month for May but I would be credited for the payment from 17th May-31st May as contract would be finished by then.

    In the bill last month I recieved €30 credit. But what does this actually mean? Can I get that €30 refunded or is it €30 credit with the company to spend on a similar product in future if I was to go back?

    They owe you the €30 - you will need to call them for the refund
