Cat attacking succulents

My cat Neo is nearly one years old and she's very inquisitive. She's very cute but of all the indoor and outdoor plants that we have, it's the succulent that she only attacks. She will knock the pot over and scatter the plant and soil across the floor. Luckily for me that the plant is hardy as it will not die. But I am fed up with cleaning up after Neo when she attacks it. How do I get her to stop? Putting it somewhere high or out of reach is not a solution because there is nowhere that Neo cannot get to! She has the run of our house.

You could try the redirect and offfer something better approach, it’s what we do with dogs. apparently it works with cats according to Jackson Galaxy from My Cat from Hell.

Are you sure the plant is safe for cats? I mean if she Bites it she won't be poisoned or something. Id be tempted to just get rid of it.

I don't think she bites it but it is always upended and spread across the floor. Maybe there's something in the soil that she likes/dislikes?

you could try puting them outside proped up over a large tarp damed around the side and fill it with water so the cat has to get wet paws every time she attacks.
