I know we tried this years ago on here (previous user account) and it didn't work out. Anyone here interested in organising a meetup or are there any meetups I don't know about that would welcome new members

No? Galway, Castlebar, Sligo and Athlone are all close.

Anyone interested in setting up a meet in the West? I've a big interest in Linux, raspberry pi, home assistant, docker, Enigma 2, Mikrotik, Usenet and open source, plenty to chat about

Any opportunity to blather on incessantly about Unix and Linux is welcome.

    I'm interested.

Same here. Could maybe scare up some from the local Coderdojos

Late to the party in responding, but I'm in Athlone and would love a group dedicated to Linux. A few meetup.com groups here in the town, but nothing of interest. More social nights out or professionally focused.

The lads from linux.ie used to meet I think every week in dub.

Not sure if it's still a thing.

Hi limnam. That website seems to be dead.
