Logic board damaged on iphone 4 s

Hi I broke the screen on an old iphone 4s and a local repair shop told me the logic board is damaged. Is there anyway to extract the data from it? I also have an old iphone 4 that one of the kids locked. It says connect to itunes but this is a phone i brought second hand so i presume it's not my account. Is there anyway to…
