    Hi
Grateful if anyone has a view on this:

Planning Grant approved for retention works - Planning Compliance now requested by Client - Planning Grant had several conditions - one of the conditions related to works which were not carried out - Should this be noted in the Planning Compliance Document ?

    thanks in advance

Retention means you can keep the alterations you carried out.
You now need a certificate from a private professional to confirm the works are in compliance with the retention permission and any conditions attached.

Pretty standard. The vendor employs an engineer or architect or Surveyor or similar to inspect and issue an opinion on compliance. You may also need an opinion on compliance with building regs.

This should have been done during construction so expect to go more now to get them.
