The reviews I've read on headphones emphasize the background noise reducing capabilities of headphones. I need a pair of headphones that block the loud music at the gym. My goal is silence. These are in-ear so they block like earplugs. They have so called wings thus won't fall out. The are also lightweight and wireless. Can't really get much better than that.
