Air to water system/Pressurised tank

We are getting a air to water system with UFH in our new build. We are also drilling a private well. My question is when the well is installed and the submersible pump is in place does the water get pumped directly to house to cylinder in hot press or is there another pressure tank it needs to go through first?

I've been told that air to water system is pressurised and it just goes straight to house to cylinder in hot press.

Is this correct, as i know very little about this?

We have a submersible pump in our well and it goes to a pressurised tank (air & diaphragm) in the garage before it goes to the house. This tank is much bigger than the little red ones you see in a hot press.
