Air to water system/Pressurised tank

We are getting a air to water system with UFH in our new build. We are also drilling a private well. I've been told that air to water system is pressurised and it just goes straight to house to cylinder in hot press.

Is this correct, as i know very little about this?

We have a submersible pump in our well and it goes to a pressurised tank (air & diaphragm) in the garage before it goes to the house. This tank is much bigger than the little red ones you see in a hot press.
