Recommend me a hosting service

I'm with Blacknight for a year or so now and have on going issues with sluggish site. Nothing works to speed things up, cache plugins have been exhausted. I've been advised to switch to another company. Please recommend, thanks.

We can't discuss or recommend hosting services on boards.ie, sorry.

The great thing about slow sites is the cause is usually identifiable. If you post the URL I will have a quick look at it.
