Hi, does anyone know if the 6 months starts from the date you pass the theory test or 6 months from when you get the license issued?

The date of issue of your learner permit is when the 6 months begins

ie 01/01/2019 means you could do the test no sooner than 01/07/2019

Remember, a learner permit is not a licence, it’s a permit allowing the holder to learn how to drive.
