No water for 5 days 24/7 complete stop? surely illigal?

Hi Guys. We have no water no for 5th day in a row. Contacted customer care three times keep being told will come back following day at 3pm and never does. Terrible customer care sounds like trying to push out issue and put ownership on us to keep contacting back to get same thing on repeat. No water to shower/wash clothes…

Hi Guys.

No water to shower/wash clothes or survive on.

Is there a tier 2 eslation process as getting no where with calling and issue not addressed.
