Hi just wondering if you fail to repay your TV License and an inspector pays you a visit, is a court summons issued straight away or will the inspector give the householder the opportunity to repay there license? Thanks

You get a letter threatening court action or at least I did a few years back when they messed up my DD and didn't take the money off me!
