Smarter Home offline since last Friday

    Got a notification of an outage lasting "a number of days" last Friday.

    Service still offline today.

    As someone who works in software, I can't conceive of a scenario in which a multi-day outage like this can occur.

    How do I go about cancelling my subscription?
