Angle bead for plastering

    Hi

Just a quick one on attaching corner angle bead for plastering to internal blockwork?

Was going to use washered masonry nails but was thinking these might split the block since they would be located so close to the edge.

Would hilti-ing be a better option? or is there another better method?

    Thanks

Yes just stick it in place, the plaster will hold it. Most plasterers prefer to put the beading on themselves, most will just stick it on with plaster. When you just stick it on, it will hold its shape better than forcing it into a particular shape with nails.
