NCT and Airbag Light

Booked the car (Ford Fiesta, 07) in for the NCT and discovered the Airbag Light for the front passenger side is after coming on and staying on. Gonna try get it diagnosed but just wondering from any ones experience is that a visual fail or deemed dangerous since the new nct rules came in?
