Water Loss

I live in a shared house where recently a tank with a pump has been added but the pump is working continuosly, nighgt and day, causing problems of noise (as it ha sbeen placed next to the rooms).
The landlord does not intend to resolve the problem.

I suppose that as it works continuosly there is a water loss somehere in the house so I would ask if there is an email address to report the problem so you can check.

I would ask also if there are specific refgulations about tanks and pumps installation.

    Thanks

    Fulvio

    Hi Fulvio,

Thanks for getting in touch, we are very sorry to hear this.

This seems like a private side matter and it would not be the responsibility of Irish Water.

We recommend that you once again talk to your landlord in order to get this matter resolved.

    Thanks,
    Agata

I think that if there is a contiuous loss of water it is only a problem of Irish Water it it is not rtesolved, or you do not do any control about those things?
    Thanks

    Hi Fulvio,

Would you mind advising if you are experiencing supply disruptions to your cold kitchen tap?

    Thanks,
    Agata

''The landlord doesn't intend to resolve the problem''

If he had to pay for the water he wouldn't be long sorting it out. This is what happens when you get something for free.
