    Try the help button at the very bottom of screen, then go to account settings. If you remember your password you might be able to reset things.

    I don't see an email account address on the uk site.

    Someone else may be able to help you further.

    cs-reply@amazon.co.uk will get you in touch with amazon customer services, make sure to send email from same address as account is registered with or they can't help.
