Shared Drain

    Hi,

We have a manhole in our front garden which services 6 houses in a terrace which runs at 90 degrees to our house. Our house is not connected to this as we have had it checked out. This drain is becoming regularly blocked and can sometimes overflow into our garden. The owners of the houses connected to this drain will not pay to have it cleared and it is costing a fortune for us to have to constantly pay to clear a blockage we are not contributing to. Can this manhole be moved from our property or the pipework fixed?

    Regards,

    Wesley
