Login to Desktop after email address change...?

I have just changed my email address.

Now, when I start my Windows 10 desktop, I get a message saying, "The username or password is incorrect. Try again."

    1. It used never require a password on Startup, only after waking from Sleep.

    2. When I click Ok, to the password prompt, I get two accounts (both my name) to login to.

If I click one of those and input password, login prompts with old email address. If I change it to new email I can login. But, after each bootup it reverts to prompting for password with old email address.

If I click the other account, login only asks for password (not email also) and the computer starts up.

But, in User Accounts, there is only one account listed. The one I thought I had.

How can I get back to no password required on startup?

    Thanks.

    D.
