Heifers coughing

    I have a two yearling heifers coughing I dosed them with albex 10% about 6wks ago for worms they were still coughing after it so 3wks ago I gave them bimectin plus thinking it would sort it out and today they are still at it they look healthy all eating good form just this cough could anyone suggest what is causing it ? Also is albex 10% any good I’m not happy with it tbh i bought it to change it around abit gave it to the cows but some how they looked in better form with the bimectin plus last year is the albex any good?

    Where were they in the month before coughing started, were they part of a larger group, anything in that group treated,

    Do you vaccinate for ibr?

    Did you try the breath easy lick buckets, I have found them very good this last year or so, I keep them with young stock and I ve had no issues with coughs.

    Have used Albex and found it fine.

    Hi thanks for the reply there was ten with them but I dosed every thing and move these to afield of there own they were in a dry field before and there in another now this is the first time this has happened they were always good after dosing
