    If somebody goes into a Post Office say, In Germany and sends a parcel to the back of beyond in Ireland who pays An Post to deliver it ? or even a letter to the Aran Islands from Australia, How is anyone keeping track of it or do they just deliver each others stuff ? Just wondering ? Thanks:confused:

    I think countries pay each other based on the amount of they send each other.
