Painting window sills

I'm looking for some tips for painting the exterior window sills, recesses and around the doors of my house. They are currently painted a pale yellowish colour which I'm looking to change to a white colour.

Will I need to use a paint stripper to get it back to bare concrete before painting or will a light sanding do the job? Will I need to use some kind of primer before the white? Any suggestions for particular paints to use? 8 Windows, 2 doors and 2x 6m strips along the bottom of the house to be painted.

    Thanks
    Mark

No need for paint stripper whatsoever, just a good power washing, leave to dry and then 2 coats of a good quality exterior masonry white paint.
Once it hasn’t been previously painted with an oil based paint, if so you will need to undercoat before applying your masonry paint. General rule of thumb, if it looks shiny then you’re better off undercoating.
5 litres of paint should be loads for your job.
