    hi
Not sure what i;m asking here so please bear with me
Continuing to run, slowly improving my endurance.
    Getting this strange phenomenon.
I do a wee jog to warm up, stretches etc......, run starts, nice easy pace, or so they say
At the start of the run, I'm dying, laboring, ready to quit.
Then around 1-1.5 k, It's like my body wakes up and i find a grove
This lasts for most of the remainder.
The group I'm now in average round 5-6k

I'm still breathing really heavily but movement is much easier
    Is this common?
Should I warm up a little more to make this second wind happen quicker?
Ambition is eventually to move to a faster pace group, but prepared to hold off until I'm both physically ready and have a better understanding of how I run.

Sorry for the ramble, this is all new for me, loads of "unknown unknowns"

    Ta
