Missing Person -Again and Again and Again

Not sure how I feel about this. Obviously we don’t know the background, maybe mental health issues, domestic issues etc. With the horrific Kriegal case this week it just annoyed me more so maybe.
So I saw a missing appeal on Indo earlier and for some reason the picture looked familiar. Low and behold when I googled it this is the 3rd this year this girl has gone missing. Seems to be a lot more of these appeals.Is this sort of game their playing. Of course maybe it genuine and I suppose the Guards have to do their job.

I understand that if a minor in in foster care etc., it’s a formality that they Gardai make an announcement should they go missing. If you google the name of this missing person you’ll see that they have been reported missing quite often.

If there are issues then fair enough. As long as it’s not some kind of online challenge

I think its child endangerment by reporting it every time.

It's highlighting the fact that the child is vulnerable and most likely in state care. Some weirdo will pick up on that unfortunately.

Does that outweigh the possibility of a member of the public seeing the missing child because of the reporting, and then contact the relevant authorities and the child is rescued?
Reporting the missing child is the right thing to do.
