Wow, you’ve arrived extremely late to the party and it’s going to cost you well over a grand in tax relief that you’re now too late to claim

You can claim now for 2015 - 2017, but you’re too late for the years 2010-2014. You’ll see from page 2 of the linked document that the relief was phased out so it’s worth much less in the years that you can still claim for.
I think the years 2015/16/17 are worth about €240. Details on how to claim are here: https://www.revenue.ie/en/personal-tax-credits-reliefs-and-exemptions/land-and-property/rent-credit/index.aspx0 -

Is that 240 per year or in total?? Sorry clueless should have done it yrs ago!!0
