Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey,
How much would an approximate cost of a 20m sqaured patio cost with a door step and and step into the garden. Required would be ground excavtion, laying the base and then paving.

    Cheers

15€ square meter can't be correct.
Slabs for that area would cost more than that 15€ per meter squared

15e for 20sqm is 300e. never happening for that price. id say more like 1k-1.5k

a lot depends on the slabs picked too.

i was going to start a similar thread but ill just piggy back on this,

ours is newish but was laid with granite and its badly marked and not the type of thing that washes out,

we had a shomera built and some other construction in the garden and it seems to have been stained by a few different things, we either need to restore it or get a new patio laid.

for decent quality slabs what would a realistic price per sq/m be?
