Are you not worried about the androgenic effects? There is a treatment called carboxy and also PRP which could be helpful. There are clinics in Ireland offering these options now.

You'll more likely to get ED than the crown hair to grow back.

If After Hours has taught me anything, it's that you should never trust anything liberal.

Let it go. There is no cure. If Wayne Rooney with all his cash can't stop the inevitable, what chance do you have?

At least bald men can grow beards. Embrace that.

Wayne Rooney is a bad example to be fair, considering a load of Hollywood types have had hair transplants that worked. Never mind ordinary men that have got good results. It seems to depend on the individual. dunno about the drugs that affect testosterone(or its byproducts) in the body, that's just asking for trouble I reckon. The topical regaine ointment stuff seems to work for some and I think that's over the counter these days, so that's usually considered pretty safe.

I figure if a guy wants to try it he should and if it works great, he can always go the shaven headed look if it doesn't. Never really understood the forget it and shave it off thing myself, not when there seems to be alternatives that work for a fair number of men. Plus men almost always look better with hair and it gives them more choices. Sure wheel out yer man from Star Trek and Sean Connery, but they aren't the vast majority of men who tend more towards spud headed when bald.

If it bothers you that much why not save up for a hair transplant?

If you're young you may have to get several procedures as over time your hair gradually thins out.

I know a couple of lads who had it done and I really couldn't believe how well it worked.
Several years later and their hair looks better than ever.

There's loads of non invasive, subtle cosmetic surgery treatments available, but celebrities still go for the shabby options for some reason. There's probably just nobody around him to suggest conservative options like prp or laser.

If anyone actually knows a gp or derm that prescribes it let me know please. To all the people suggesting hair transplant nah I wouldnt do that unless I actually was prescrbed Dut. Theres no point.

Mod-Ezra, as you were told in your last thread. Go to a doctor. No one here is qualified to offer advice.
